'A Well Deserved Rest'. A lovely large original oil on canvas by well listed artist Robert Cleminson ( 1864-1903 ) depicting a pair of gun dogs and pony at rest in a landscape. Beautifully painted, in excellent original condition and presented in a good later impressionist painted and gilded frame with gilt slip. Signed lower left and inscribed verso. The canvas size 28 inches by 36 inches, the Framed size 40 inches by 32 inches.
