Antique Prints and Antique Furniture

About

The Country House Gallery is part of the multi award winning company RE-dezine supplying fine art and antiques to collectors, dealers, museums and designers for over 30 years. We offer what is probably the most diverse collection of art in the UK from 18th and 19th century engravings to modern and 20th century British Art.

Our stock of antique prints has, until now, never been offered on line and as such it will likely take many months if not years to catalogue it for the site so please bear with us. Meanwhile, if you have any particular requirements please do not hesitate to contact us.

Alongside our antiques, antique prints and paintings we have a stock of some 2000 antique frames. We have provided a specialist framing and re-framing service to the public, collectors, trade, museums and designers for 3 decades and written articles for trade journals and publications on the subject.

The other aspect to the Country House Gallery of course is our stock of modern and 20th century British Art which has been part of our portfolio for many years. Our aim is to supply you, the client, with quality art and antiques from as broad a spectrum as possible and provide you with a service as good as our ability and long experience enables.

Our stock of antique prints is vast and includes all subjects. We offer you, however, an especially large selection of hunting, fishing, shooting, dogs, horses, botanical and natural history subjects.

Our modern and 20th century British includes prints and originals by such artists as Sir Terry Frost RA, Sandra Blow RA, John Hoyland RA, Geoff Key, Michael Lanyon, Peter Howson, Simeon Stafford, Sir Peter Blake RA and many more.

Re-dezine is the design side of the business and was the sole designer of The Freemasons Country Inn at Wiswell, near Clitheroe, winning the Publican Best Pub/Restaurant Design of the Year award 2010. It also designed the Victorian shop front at Howarth Gallery, Burnley, winning the Mayor’s Award of Excellence. Designing period interiors and assisting with the acquisition of art and antiques has been part of our portfolio for many years. We are not just here to sell we are here to help so if we can assist in any way please do not hesitate to contact us.
